Lovely pepper and spice flavours enriched with silky smooth tannins, make this a wine to be consumed now or best cellar for developing complexity.

2003 Mafeking Shiraz

The deep garnet 2003 Mafeking shiraz exhibits hedonistic aromas of roasted meats, white pepper, plums and freshly picked blackberries, all of this is supported by a framework of well-handled oak. The medium-bodied palate is generous throughout and offers plenty of rich fruit underpinned by lively acidity, fine tannins and a long satisfying finish. Enjoy until 2012.
